Amazing Airport Hotel Experience!

I had some travel issues , but this hotel was a wonderful place for relaxation. The room and entire facility had a lovely , upscale scent. The provided amenities were a real help since I had lost my luggage. I found the free airport transport convenient. The breakfast was also worth the room price all by itself , I loved it.
During my stay , I experienced a minor issue , and there were no glasses in my room. Because I wanted to charge my phone , I had to unplug a lamp. I hope they fix it soon!

the bed was comfortable. the shower had hot water and good pressure.
the car pick up never arrived at the airport despite getting confirmation. the room ac did not work great. there were no charging ports available, so i had to unplug a lamp for charging my phone.

the room was spacious and clean, it had all necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful . the free taxi to and from the airport was super convenient. breakfast included fresh veggies, turkish dishes, and pastries.
The room ac was not great and had some issues. It did not keep the room as cool as i wanted.
